Before we begin
Is the free Auditor the same as the paid Workflow Review?
No. The free Auditor gives an initial diagnosis and direction. The paid Workflow Review is the deeper human stage where we walk through one real process, map the current and target flow, decide what should remain human, define Phase 1 and prepare the implementation scope and price.
Do you guarantee more leads or revenue?
No. A Client Flow System does not manufacture demand. It is designed to help a business handle existing enquiries, follow-up and delivery more reliably. Commercial results depend on the business, offer, demand and execution.
Do you automate everything?
No. We automate the bottleneck, not the whole business. Judgement-heavy, sensitive, rare or risky steps stay human when that is the better design.
Who owns the tools and accounts?
By default, the client owns the operational accounts and subscriptions. We configure the agreed system through appropriate collaborator, OAuth or scoped access rather than asking for passwords.
How is implementation priced?
Pricing follows the agreed problem, scope, integrations, testing and support. The implementation quote is prepared after the workflow has been reviewed well enough to define a reliable first phase.
